SOCCER
CAMPS: Summer, Spring Break, Winter Break
At Headfirst's Summer Soccer Camp, fun and camper safety are our top priorities, with an emphasis on team play and individual skill development. We will focus on dribbling, passing, and shooting with both feet. Repetition will be stressed throughout the week to build muscle memory. Drills and positional practice will enable the camper to develop the fundamental skills needed to play with confidence during games. The coaches will demonstrate each drill before players perform.
Players of all skill levels are encouraged to attend, and players are encouraged to try different positions at summer camp. There will be plenty of positional drills that will simulate games. Players will be taught how to react quickly to various game-like situations, and then shown how to make the most intelligent play in those situations. There will at least two scrimmages and games for full day campers with drill work and practice filling the gaps between games.
Our Sports Camps are designed for athletes of all ages and abilities. Groups are separated by age, grade level and ability. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced/Select athletes are encouraged to join us at camp.

INDIVIDUAL
& TEAM PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
Individual Instruction
Primary goals of each private session are to teach mechanics, instruct on specific techniques, to provide confidence, and to add positive energy. Another Headfirst goal for every private session is to have our athletes walk away with a better understanding of their sport and the tools needed to improve targeted skills.

Team Instruction
Headfirst has also established an outstanding reputation for designing and conducting team practices for local youth sports teams in the area. Our professional coaches collaborate with local youth coaches and sports leagues to run effective and efficient practice sessions on a contract basis.
Our coaches travel to teams' practice sites each week with a detailed practice plan centered on teaching the Headfirst style of play and aimed at improving team concepts and individual mechanics. These practice plans are designed to help the teams improve their game performance and reach their athletic goals.
